Linking differently to health and care

Lincolnshire is a big county, with a range of challenges and opportunities that impact on people’s health.

LVET is a community interest company (CIC) working with VCFSE organisations to make the most of those opportunities available and to make sure that challenges are recognised, understood and tackled by all who can influence change.

LVET is funded by Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) and the Integrated Care Board (ICB) as the conduit between statutory services and VCFSE organisations.

LVET’s mission is to enable voluntary and community organisations, volunteers and other community helpers to deliver a diverse range of health, care and wellbeing services; working closely with our statutory partners to enable this to happen.

LVET’s vision is of a resilient network of VCFSE organisations working together to help people live healthier lives in Lincolnshire.

We support, strengthen and champion the VCFSE ecosystem across Lincolnshire.

By connecting organisations, influencing decision making and showcasing impact, we help ensure communities are heard, organisations thrive and the difference they make is recognised across health and care.

Our 2024 – 2027 strategy focuses on four key priorities: advocating for our members, building resilience for VCFSE organisations, improving connection and communication and clearly demonstrating the impact of the sector.
